I saw this on Autoblog. Nothing earth-shaking in it, but it seemed appropriate to post here.
I would like to know what their definition of "man cave" (God, I hate that term) is. I find it hard to believe that 40% have a cave. Cool article though, thanks Jack.

I find the real estate quote from 1925 really interesting. I am in the market for a home right now, it is hard to believe how often the information about a home's garage is wrong or missing on internet real estate sites. Apparently I am not the only person on the market that finds that information important after all.
There are a lot of agents that are just into the fluff and not so keen on the details. When we were looking seriously, it was not unusual for us to show up at a listing knowing a LOT more about a property than the listing agent.
