Yeah, that term makes it sound like all we do there is drink beer and watch the sports channels. With that thought in mind, if I wasn't still at work, a cold one would taste good right about now.

In my town, I can't think of any pre-war built houses that had attached garages, but it could have been more of a regional thing at first.

I find the real estate quote from 1925 really interesting. I am in the market for a home right now, it is hard to believe how often the information about a home's garage is wrong or missing on internet real estate sites. Apparently I am not the only person on the market that finds that information important after all.

Suggest typing in the address for the house you are planning on looking at. Then go to ariel photo and you can not only see the property your looking at, but all the adjoining properties......

I am in the market for a home right now, it is hard to believe how often the information about a home's garage is wrong or missing on internet real estate sites. Apparently I am not the only person on the market that finds that information important after all.

I've found that MLS entries are only as good as the agent that gathers the data. We love to hassle agents at open houses and snoop on other peoples stuff There are a lot of agents that are just into the fluff and not so keen on the details. When we were looking seriously, it was not unusual for us to show up at a listing knowing a LOT more about a property than the listing agent.
