Garage Sale Tool IDs

Need some help ID'ing some tools I picked up over the weekend.

First some group shots of the haul:

Specifically, got questions on the following items.

Trying to read the date code off a Snap On 71N ratchet. Looks like it got hit a few times.

Any date estimate etc on the Snap On Torqmeter (nameplate is banged up)?

Then this Snap On CF-7B, no idea what it is.

Text reads: "Push both bars forward load one lock at a time. Push the locks onto the valve stem at or below the retainer grooves pull back lower bar. Let the tool hold the locks lower the valve spring."

Last are some 3/4" ratchets and sockets.

Cool Stuff......good score. In the metal box I see a pilot bearing/bushing puller. A valve spring keeper tool.......an air powered valve spring compressor....some neato Snap-On ratchets......a couple of ball joint/ tie rod seperators (AKA pickleforks)....nice haul !!!

The Snap On No. 71n has a "G" date code, which is 1945. Or at least that's what it looks like.

Need to put the date code under a mag glass and crazy lighting, see if it'll pop out better. Here's a pic of it cleaned up a bit. Cool brass select lever (wartime shortage?).

Other items of note:

Ridgely wallpaper trimmer, Pickering lunch truck temp gauge, Snap On LSF720 (crazy looking 1/2" in a 3/8" body, think only made 75-78).

Going through bits and cleaning them, figuring out what I want and don't want. Might try soda blasting the 71N. Best $61 I ever spent on tools

Just found out some info on the Curtis "Swench" wrench-the 3/4" version provides 800ft/lb of torque, and is used for torquing the prop retaining nut on large propellers mounted on radial engines. Power Hawk owns the brand now, and still makes them. Linky.

Once I unstuck the second bar the instructions made more sense

Wonder if these were for a specific application.

The 5/8" drive one, Model 625, is good for around 500 ft/lb.
What make are the sockets that work with it?

Great deal getting a 750 as well.
