Have an older GasBoy 72 pump on a 1000 gallon diesel tank.
I put it in service a few weeks ago, hadn't been used in probably 10+ years and it fired up without issue aside from a leak leaking between the pump and motor that was getting worse with use.
Think it was just 2 hardened orings, but I bought a full service kit for it as I wasn't sure what it would need and didn't want to tear it apart and wait several weeks if I needed parts.
Kit was new orings, gaskets, rotor, vanes, check valve, etc.
Put it in this morning and can't get the pump to pump. (Lovely)
Have spent easily 4+ hrs screwing with it. Tried priming it with engine oil, reviewed the IPL, pulled away to make sure I didn't goof anything put old parts back, even bypassed parts.
I'm at a loss. Don't have time to be dealing with this, just need it to work. A new one is about $1800, so not happening.
