Over the last few months... I took advantage of the BOGO for the following:
1. Flare Nut Wrenches (metric/SAE)
2. Midlength sockets (metric 3/8 + metric 1/4)
3. Flex sockets (metric 3/8 + SAE 3/8)

The flex sockets are not as tight as I would prefer but we will see over the long term. The midlength sockets get more use than my standard depth. They just fit my style better. No comments either way on the flare nut wrenches... they are nice.

This one seems like a no-brainer if you need 1/4" extensions. $11 for a $20 extension set and two other pieces that you may or may not use. Might be 3 pieces, I'm confused as to whether or not you get two of the 1/4" ratchets.

That special is as clear as mud due to the pictures. :wtf:

I think you only get the 5 piece 1/4 extension set, one 1/4 drive gimball ratchet and one 3/8 drive gimball ratchet. That's it.

I was browsing and saw Sunex has some promo offers too and I think I found a mistake in price which I just ordered. Listed twice is a sunex 3/8 master impact socket set with a free metric wrench set. The first time it's on sale for 79.99 and then again listed for just 24.99 . That has to be a typo but it just let me order it!

It's a title and photo error.

The description is for an M18 led light. I doubt they will honor it, because the description clearly reads that it's for the work light.

I just read that after ordering, but it also shows the full description and inclusions for the torque wrench below that. The product code up by the price matches the model number of the impact wrench, leading me to believe they should ship the wrench, not a light. Even the shipping weight is 15 lb.

The LED light makes sense for $62, but it sure as heck wasn't marked down to that from $856. Someone clearly made a mistake, but we will see if they honor it. If I receive the light I will return it and request that they refund the shipping charge both ways for the error. If not, I paid with PayPal, so there's always the claim route.

On the fuel it clearly states that its the bare tool only then talks about the battery and charger. Hope our orders ship but their web master needs to tidy up lol

The part number for the bare tool is the the M18 LED light, not the impact, but right below that are the features/whats included/specs for the impact wrench.

Who knows?
Yeah that Sunex 3/8" master set is supposed to be for $79 and you get the wrenches for free.

Not passing judgment, but I'll pass.

Is it me or are they jacking up the shipping cost? I had the ratchet set in my cart earlier with the medium deep sockets and shipping was about 8 bucks. I came back a few hours to place my order and it's almost 19. Also it looks like the sunnex impact set was adjusted as well in weight. It now costs 75 to ship that set.

Yeah. They wanted 22 bucks to ship the impact sockets. Even with the sockets priced at 24.00 that's not such a huge deal with Amazon's price at 69.99 with free shipping.

Not to mention the fact that I highly doubt this company will honor their screw up. Lowes wouldn't, and you can't expect a company that's already known to have questionable ethics to take a bath on every order. Especially a 250 dollar bath.

im not sure how it works, but id guess its all computerized. guy is gonna come in monday morning and start boxing up orders. warehouse packer isnt going to be looking at invoice prices seeing if they are correct. he probably doesnt even know anything about tools.
for all i know, the orders are shipped from an entirely different company and nxt is just the middle man on the retail side.

who knows.

You guys are hilarious. You really think they are gonna sell you a 4-500 dollar impact kit for 70 bucks? No doubt you'll whine and cry about how businesses need to honor their ads and still sell it to you. Carry on.

It's clearly the wrong description so don't be surprised when you get a light shipped. Then when they won't pay for return shipment then be upset.

That BOGO deal for the sae and metric crowfoot is also listed on amazon by a seller called "National Tool Warehouse"

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FAH9VKS/?tag=atomicindus08-20

I'm kind of suspicious of these deals after reading some reviews of ntxtools.com

National Tool Warehouse is a completely different company. They're based out of Missouri, and seem to have a pretty clean reputation.

The one(s) you should avoid judging from past complaints are:

Agreed. With the mass amount of products they offer it is 100% automated there isn't a guy reading everything. Someone in a warehouse is packing orders from a computerized printout.

I highly doubt that all of those tools companies are based out of the same building.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/1...2!3m1!1s0x88e5ccc72a73c5d5:0xaaa9d7e6cfce7848

Huh?

It's the same company, and when their rep gets too ****** under one brand, they create another. They don't care about building their brand rep, they just make another and lure people in with BOGO deals and such.

They're all the same address:

PO Box 34628
Seattle, WA 98124-1626

Hell, they even use the same banking info, if anyone was dumb enough to do a wire transfer.

I can't imagine after reading all of the other threads that they have any inventory at all.

I don't think they have any inventory besides their phones and computers.

Seriously, I think they are a drop ship business front that is partnered with ISN or some other mega tool distributor that drop ships their tools from the closest regional distribution center to you. :dunno:

I think tooltopia based in Louisana and Toolsource in Florida operate the same way.

I think drop shipping is great, as long as the seller has a handle on things. It could be worse, they could be showing pictures of yellow lined paper.
