Might be more of a warm deal than a hot deal as GEARWRENCH 80879 3/4-Inch Drive 12 Point Socket Set, 13-Piece has sold at ~$90 (a couple years ago) in the past. But it seems to me that tool prices keep going up and really great deals are fewer.

For those who need, think they need or just want to have 3/4 drive tools handy just in case.

Already have the 3/4 drive sockets that I need, pretty much will just be used on some rear axle nuts and every now and then a trailer hitch ball.

I already own 38" TEKTON 15359 and 19" GearWrench 81404 3/4" drive breaker bars that seldom get used, using a 1/2" drive breaker bar while busting loose axle nuts can be a memorable experience.

IMO it's better to have a tool and not need it than to need a tool and not have it.

this is an excellent set at a terrific price. less than 10$ per socket is a reasonable price for quality, name brand 3/4 drive sockets. less than 10$ per item when one of the items is a reasonable quality ratchet is a phenomenal deal . . . . sure, I bought two when they were 89$ a few years back, gave one to my son. there is a longer handle available for the ratchet. I got it for around 30$ as an AWD at some point.

if you dont have a 3/4" set, this is a great place to jump in. then start searching AWD/ebay for the sockets you are missing and ones beyond what you have, or start collecting metric (one occasionally finds boxes with a basic assortment of older craftsman 3/4 drive metric sockets on ebay for short money (50$ to 60$ for NIB sets for, I forget, six or eight sockets).

or just keep what you have, and expand it when the need shows up, although I dont consider that nearly as much fun.

personally, I tend to regret the deals I passed by a lot more often than the deals I picked up.

meh grabbed the 3/8 socket set with ratchets and the 1/4 impact set. for the price ill toss the ratchet set in my extra box. hell those ratchets are like 25 bucks each.

Wow those are incredible prices. I ordered the large sets of impacts, the large ratcheting wrench set and the 3/8th sae/metric set. The impacts and wrenches are made in China but great deals non the less.

I sprung for both ratchet wrench sets and the 3/8 socket set, even though I've already got sockets coming out my ears. Good for the car at that price won't be too hurt if it grows legs.
Also couldn't pass up the 114 piece tap and die set https://www.lowes.com/pd/KD-Tools-1...-Metric-Ratcheting-Tap-and-Die-Set/1000972340 for about $75. That's a Terrible decision as I'll never need it, and when/if I really DO need a tap or die you know it'll be a situation where it needs to be hss and not this crappy Carbon steel, but I got the acquisition bug.
