Ryan is pushing the alliance thing again. I looked at the Vendor list, Genius tools was one of the more interesting ones, and at good discount.

Looks like Genius makes/sells good tools, are there any particular stand-outs or have-to-have's in their product line?

Didn't Genius have some awesome impact swivels? Or was that Gray?

What's the discount looking like? Just saw the membership announcement thing, myself.

Here are couple old threads I dug up on Genius Tools. Seems like some of the gems they have are the zero degree double box wrenches. Apparently, very similiar to MAC zero degree double box wrenches.

I own a few wrenches as well as the triple sq set, ball hex, long torx, swivel 1/4 dr and full impact socket sets in 1/4,3/8,1/2 drive. Ive never had an issue yet and have owned all of the listed tools for over 5yrs now used daily. Im very happy with my purchases and my indy dealer carries them if I have any issues.

I bought some Ingersoll Rand impact sockets that were actually made by Genius.

I have a bunch of their bit sockets. Triple square, torx, hex. They've all been great.

Also have a 1/2" drive metric 6-point shallow socket set. They are nothing to write home about, cosmetically, but work fine. No sizes skipped, which is nice.

I have a genius 1/4" set. Ive had it for about 4 years, bought it of the tool truck. I havent ever had any problems with it. Nice affordable tools.
