OK So I've been reading posts on here for a year, making phone calls, going to every website I can find that sells and builds garages and it's time to start the build. Been on the phone with National Barn Company out of Portland TN several times over the past month and here is where we're at. Looking for opinions, not that I'm likely to listen...
After beating up the salesman on prices & options we have tenatively agreed on this.. 30x40x12 pole barn style building. 2 10x10 garage doors (not included but framed out) on the 40' side, walk through door & a 3x3 window on that side as well. Pic attatched. Scissor trusses to ensure that I have room for a lift. 2 24"x30" gable vents, fully insulated with "plyfoil" built on my slab. All materials, delivered and assembled for $11,600. What say you all ? As hard as I have tried this is the absolute best deal I can find and trust me, I tried hard cause I'm cheap.. Many thanks to Marty from Mountain City TN (64dragnwagon ) for turning me on to these guys and if I do go with them you should have a referral check heading your way from them. Here is the quick rendering their guy, Paul sent me.
