I have decided to go with the Lithi-Tek 4500/Ghostshield 8510 combo for my (practically new) garage floor. I have the 4500 on hand, and I am hoping to get everything off the floor and get the 4500 sprayed on this weekend.
How clean does the floor need to be before spraying on the 4500? The garage was finished in May, and has seen very light use since then. The floor was power troweled, and there are a few spots I know I will have to clean (spills from the contractors, bird droppings from before the garage door was installed, and a few car/lawnmower tire marks), but would it be beneficial to clean the entire floor? And by clean I mean scrub/pressure wash, I plan to sweep the floor before spraying the 4500 regardless.
Thanks,
Russ
