I found the broomed finish on my 600 foot outside slab was about 30-40% higher usage compared to trowel finish. When I put down the 8505 it was the same. The broom finish ***** it up.
It was quite awhile ago but compared to the 2100 sq ft inside. It sucked both up big time. The inside I could work it in and watch for puddling. Outside it was like steam vapor on hot day, not around long enough to worry about.
Very odd. None of my replies from yesterday are showing. 4500 and 8505 require you to be very careful about how much material you put on the floor.
One concentrated gallon of 4500 mixed 3:1 will be plenty. Only apply what soaks in right away. On the 8505 apply what soaks in. Wait a minute and spray the same area again. You will get a nasty white film if you let it sit.
