this reminds me of a huge ratchet wrench we needed here a few years ago (i think I posted a picture on the new arrivals forum somewhere), there is a company in New England that still make this type of huge wrenches.

Does anyone think his weight estimate seems a little off? I feel like a 2" thick slab of steel that big should probably weigh a bit more than 49 pounds?
I have the same wrench and weighed it out of curiosity. It weighs 46lbs. The handle is 3/4" thick at the base and tapers down to about 1/2" at the end.
