Gladiator Garage works universal brackets/clips

Has anyone found any universal clips that fit on the gear wall? It seems husky and craftsman used to have something similar but I can't find it offered anymore. I found a guy on ebay offering modified brackets and a separate universal clip but $3-5 a piece is a bit steep and it would seem it should be something pretty common with different gap spacing. However I may not be searching McMaster for the right name.

I've got a few odds and ends I'd like to mount on the gear wall.

Craftsman sells something similar to this. It is part of their "16 pcs" hook set. It's really only 8 pieces but they count that plastic backing and the hook itself as a separate piece.

I did look at those yesterday and didn't think about just removing the hook part. Would still need a little modification to get it flat but probably not to bad. With some surprise points it would be worth a try.

If you can get the metal rail the is for the cabinet you can cut as many as you like.
However the fit is not very tight and might need a foam Tape to shim it so it sits snug

I have some of those and they are ok. Mounted the fire extinguisher to it in my garage. Wish I would extruded more.
