Workspaces sized between 265 and 485 squarefeet.
Progress was made on the Drill Press.
Quill spring and handle. I wish I would have installed this before putting the head on the pillar.
The table counterweight is a nifty piece of redneck engineering.
I hemmed and hawed about the color and ended up with Rust-oleum Metallic Champagne Bronze 313142 for the castings.

Back in Fl and lining up my projects.
Garage Sailing netted me another piece kitchenware. A All-Clad sauté pan.
Slowly but surely I'm replacing my cookware with nicer stuff as I thrift and garage sale then.
So far I'm 24 bucks into my nicer pot and pan collection.

Time to tryout my Christmas present!
I've been wanting a us cleaner for years but it was a low priority for me. This is a 15L model for 159 bucks on Amazon.
My test subjects:
A pair of needlenose pliers.
A Greenfield die.
Various sockets. A couple are sps with plastic inserts.
I'm trying Dawn and water for the sockets, Simple Green for the wrenches and nut drivers and Evaporust for the die and pliers.

My dishwasher went on strike last week and I had to wait on a door lock from Bosch.
I'm not a fan of doing appliance repair but this washer was surprisingly nice to work on.
12 torx screws all the same size had to door apart and ready for a dropin replacement.
I guess 50 bucks for the switch and an hour of my time beat the repairman so I'm going to chalk that up as a win.

Some of this weeks fun.
I was adding a drawer set to a ClosetMaid system I put in last year.
The jackass installer(me) didn't set the verticals to the correct width so drywall patching and painting was called for.
Since I have everything yanked out I'll look into a lighting solution before reassembling. This bedroom has no ceiling lights at all so I may end up doing that along with the closet.
I ran across a bad breaker helping out a neighbor.
I can't recall seeing a failure like that.

I did a purge of the shelves and first cabinet. 
I've been buying one set of these rolling cabinets each month in anticipation of redoing this garages storage without blowing up my budget.
I lost my shoe rack, apparently I owned twelve pairs of shoes and will relocate them to the spare closet.

First cabinet cleaned and down.
That line in the stucco is my main water line and 2 inches too tight to relocate the three bay cabinets to the left.
The plan is to cut down the cabinets to two bay and stack them vertical. I'm thinking I'll still have enough room to mount one of those Karcher car washing stations above the cabinets and run a line to my hot water heater on the other side of the wall.

You may want to remove the doors on the bottom, and invert them so the pull knobs are at the top for easier access. Looks great either way!
I scored a bunch of these anti-fatigue or gym mats last year and never could figure out what to do with them.
They became drawer and shelf liner for my metal cabinets. A little thick but seems to work great.
Thriftstore parts drawers tucked in.
I have two more but too wide to fit.

I'm curious... Is that counterweight factory original? I'm asking as I rigged up my later model Craftsman with a very similar home-grown version to offset the weight of the MDF table I built. The PVC pipe is filled with about 25# of lead shot. Did this in 2012.

It's really well made and fitted. He was a welder in a powerplant and really experienced with customizing equipment.
I had one of those Honda sprees! Loved that pos. Had to bypass ign switch with a toggle because it didnt come with keys. We rode that thing till it blew up.The weather has been too nice for my garage projects.
My todo list from last year grew a few new Items.
A garage sale grinder project.
A Craftsman DP motor refurb.
A Honda Spree with no start, oil leak and various mystery problems.
