I am replacing a 1975 Black&Decker 3/8” corded drill because the switch is worn out. This old drill has an aluminum housing and is variable speed and reversing.
So far the DeWalt DW222 is the closest thing I have found to my old drill but the DW222 is all plastic and I just do not trust plastic gear housings. The DW223G has the aluminum gear housing but I do not need the long color for the T handle attachment.

I could not find a switch to fit your drill. Good luck
