I'm pretty sure the Tekton Reel is just a rebadged Michigan Industrial Tools reel. Fwiw. I'm going to go get a 3/8 reel today myself and am wondering if I should go to Rural King or go to Andersons(sells the Tekton reel for 89.00). Heard rural King has the Goodyear reels.

Anyone know if this has a Goodyear hose on it? The part #matches good years part#

That is interesting but I don't see how they'll sell many at the price they want for them. Not only that, but why use an electric motor when they have basically unlimited air pressure available to it?

Probably due to size, and noise constraints.

After the hose reel, if you don't want to spend a fortune on a 120V extension cord reel, check out the Zillareel 50', 15 amp (13 actual amps) unit. It's plastic, but it is holding up well for me. Best price is at Sams Club or Menards for around $90. There are reviews at Amazon and Sams.
