Yes, the axles are likely stock for that trailer, if that was your actual question. My five ton equipment trailer has the same style. They are called "mobile home axles", but that is not the only use for them. Just be sure to carry a spare wheel and tire, as it can be difficult to locate a 14.5" tire replacement when you need one RIGHT NOW.

That trailer is either a 14k or 16k gvw with the hd 17.5 rims

Huh? You mean length of trailer deck or width? Get your tape measure out. A lot of equiPment fits a 78” wide trailer and a few more such as pickup trucks fit a 83” wide
Your not hauling 20k excavators or full-size combo backhoes around with that though.....
That yellow one should haul most skidsteer s, forklifts, compact tractors, mini excavators, smaller boom lifts and the such

Its just my 0.02 but if you are using forklifts to load & unload, a deckover is so much more versatile than a lowrider trailer with fenders that stick up.
That one looks like with all the cross-channels that it could have an easy wood deck in the middle.
Actually transporting a forklift will place the large wheel loads on the trailer and if parked between cross-channels, strange things can happen. Its heavily dependent on the span between channels and the structure in-between. 2x lumber @ 24" oc is not appropriate (!!)

they are older style equipment trailer hubs. not mobile home .

I'd wonder if the pumpkin on the axle still has gears in it? If so, that would be unneeded friction from the trailer. Looks like someone hacked the back of a truck off and welded on the front trailer part. Looks Very heavy and the deck is VERY high off the ground if you are loading or unloading anything by hand, unless you have a loading dock. I'd wondering about the brakes on that one and who all did the welding.

One thing to check is make sure the tires are not marked "mobile home use only" Those are super cheap one time use tires and sometimes police will stop you and refuse to let you move it until you replace them.

That last trailer you pictured is such a pile! The “cheapness” of these junks must be what’s appealing to you.

Its also hard to get parts for those axels. I was told by several mobile home dealers that those axels were considered one time use and after the house trailer was set up the axels were often removed and scrapped.
Also told by a KY DOT officer that it was illegal to run a commercial trailer with mobile home axels. Personal use trailer (hauling ATVs or something) would be fine but couldn't use them on an equipment trailer.
Take it for what it's worth.
No way in hell would I put a 10k forklift on that gooseneck trailer. It looks like it’s got less than half the steel of trailers made for that payload by people who actually know what they are doing. That trailer looks good for stuff you need to move across the pasture.

What kind of fork lift do you have ? If it's an industrial type, it's going to need to be a low profile trailer. Some guys use dump trailers with ramps to load them. If it's an off road style you can get away more ground clearance.
I'm not sure. my friend has an older dump trailer with them on it.I think his trailer is 7k lbs GW

1. I need a 6K forklift to move some stuff so it weighs 9100 lbs, unless I have the trailer it's $700 for round trip delivery.
2. I need to buy a smaller forklift probably a 3K so if that weighs 6K the two other trailer I have are too small already.

This is awhile back. The 3k Clark has to be parked in a specific spot with tires over the cross-channels otherwise it wants to sink thru the 2x6 decking.
The Hyster 7k requires a 3/8" steel plate to keep on top of the deck otherwise its going to be a long day. You can see the load in the tires. I don't like to do it, on a 14k GVW and a net of around 4k trailer weight the forklift is 11,500# which if you do the math you can see I've got a problem. It is a heavy heavy load on the truck as well. Slow and steady on back roads.
The other issue is that the ramps are steep and barely wide enough and the forklift doesn't have enough traction to climb them, and slipping sideways trying to cannonball it up there is a recipe for disaster. I pull them up with a 1-1/2 ton lever hoist which takes awhile and is an intense bicep workout, but is quite safe.
Originally the ramps didn't go that close together, I modified the pivot tube so that they can.
The $700 seems like a good deal if you only have to do it once. Buying and cobbling something else is going to eat that up fast.

Is there a name plate on trailer ? That will provide information with GVW ratings.
If not , I wouldn't consider it.

You never know. Bought a 2003 Bobcat 773 for $10K with 273 hours on it in 2009. Sold it July of 2018 for $17.9K at 510 hours.

Then go buy it. I got 27k in cash I’d spend on that now but I’m sure he’d want to have a third party ship it and guess what “my stuff magically got lost in transport”

As I'm sure you guys know that's a pintle and needs a different Class of truck than a 30/350/3500 towing a gooseneck...maybe put the extra into a C70 
My thoughts as well. If there was a local deal like that around here, I would have bought it rather than the one I just bought.
