Well, moving right along.
I had a great crew, completely framed in 4 1/2 days !!!
it's 30x40 with 14' ceilings on first floor and 8' ceilings on second.
Garage doors are 12' tall (10 and 12' wide)
One 1/4 of 2nd floor is open to below, making the ceiling height there 23 feet tall, so lifting tall vehicles is possible. Clear span, no columns.
Still a long way to go, hvac, plumbing, insulation, electric, and board.
PSYCHED !

Upstairs will be our glass studio, wife and I do fused glass. Hanging art, dinnerware etc.
waiting on doors. (Home depot was out of 12x12's !)
A little vinyl siding on the front, then I can start wiring.

I wonder, are materials this expensive everywhere now ?
$5K for two doors with openers, ugh.
