Always up for making some more.
The following is the layout:
Hex-30
Torx/Phillips/Straight bits: 60 each
Square bits: 30
SAE / Metric: 15 each
Y'all make an offer. Holder is 12/12" and that size of two color sheet is $15.
If you order and ship to me, I'll cut 'em for $5+ship. I think that's fair?
that is definitely a marketable item... would be really nice if that will hang on a wall (<-patent pending) can you feather it in for the new guy on exactly what "HDPE" is?
Maybe a version for 1/4" and 1/2" router bits in the future?

Off the top of my head I'd say High Density Polyethylene. Could be wrong, but it sounds good, right?
It is just cutting board material.
Not quite. Cutting boards are made out of UHMW.
Ultra High Molecular Weight - polyethylene.
Not quite.... 90% of plastic cutting boards are textured HDPE. There would be no reason to use UHMW as a cutting board. It is slicker but costs 2-3 times what HDPE costs in the same thickness. I know just a tad about plastics, it's what I do for a living. Yes, they do make UHMW cutting boards but it's not a common item.
