hahaha I just came back and found this from 5 years ago... I'm going to finally update this. I've been lurking all along too haha.

I cleaned out the garage today got it to this point. Left side of the 2-car is what I get to work with.

I currently only have a 1990 F150 while I'm searching for a replacement car. An E46 M3 should be in the garage come spring!

My old project car that I sold a while back.

Before I removed half of the loft storage in the garage. That opened up a lot of space for me!

Got the M3 home over Easter weekend. Got the old F150 running too but it needs new exhaust, suspension & brakes to be roadworthy.

Just went up a notch! Congrats on the German addition to your space.
Thanks! It's a big upgrade for me!

Got a little better aquainted with the car yesterday. This thing is mint!

I was able to mess around with the car last night and was pretty productive.

Wired in my aux-in retrofit. Sounds pretty good and it's nice to be able to listen to my own tunes in the car! I ended up drilling a hole in the back of the under-radio dash pocket and thats where the aux cable comes out. I stuffed all the wiring behind the dash pocket and tucked everything away nicely.

Then I used some 3M adhesive goop stuff after cleaning up the interior trim pieces hanging on the drivers and passengers side. I used binder clips and painters tape to hold each side for ~1.5 hours to set. It held up overnight so I'm hopeful that this fix will last and I won't need to shell out the $$ for new OEM parts.

Stupid, I know, but I hung my alien. This little guy was found in a parking lot many moons ago and has hung on the back of my last 3 cars. Can't see him unless you look for em. Keep hanging man!

I made some progress on this coffee table I've been working on recently. It's getting there....just need to sand/stain/poly. Also might add some patina to the frame.

Coffee table update:
The "weathered oak" stain came out great. Just need to throw some poly on it before I can call it done. Thinking I should add a bottle opener to it somewhere too.
