These hinges are amazing Easy installation, removed slack in door so we could adjust and fit better to our weather stripping. Nice and smooth operation.
large and sturdy product. Would definitely purchase them for our second garage door.

I have them on my huge single -- they work as advertised and coupled with heavy duty ball bearing nylon rollers -- it's much quieter.

I just added them to two 10x10 doors last weekend. I cringed a bit at the price when ordering them, but they arrived quickly and when I laid them side-by-side with the original (Overhead Door) hinges, there was a night and day difference in quality. There was no comparison between the two and the changeover couldn't have been easier.

Another one of those "why did I wait so long?" upgrades.

My doors face west. Wind is from SW, W or NW 80% of the time. I'm pretty sure mine have paid for themselves over the last 4 years of nasty winter storms. The gapping from 40-60 MPH winds is almost nil now.

I just got done installing the commercial version of the green hinges, and damn, they are suposed to. The door always had air and light leakage and instantly it’s sealed tight now.

Some people will say to adjust the door or the seals, the problem is that the seal provides zero resistance to door movement, so if the door naturally rests tight to the seal, it will rub the seal plastic mount and will eventually sand the door finish off.
The green hinges will hold the door as far out as it can, or as close to the seal as you want without allowing it to crash into the plastic mount strip.

I used these rollers with the door to make it nice and quiet.

Here is before, the light leakage from outside was a constant for the most part, me installing, and right after the door is sealed nice and tight.

We had 60 MPH winds last night and the banging of the door is a thing of the past!
