I've been looking to pick up one of the Plyworx pliers rack. While searching for the best deal I came across these. They seem very similar if not the same as the Plyworx (maybe someone can confirm if they are the same product).

Anyhow, $6.99 each from MCM Electronics. Use coupon code AFC909 to bring it down to $5.94 each. Currently they're offering $4 "Super Saver" shipping. I picked up 3 racks for a little over $20 shipped. Not too shabby.

that indeed looks like a plyworx... for a fraction of the price!

Nice price for what looks exactly like the Plyworx plier rack. The plier rack works but it's not super sturdy.

I bought some these a few weeks back, they work great and the price is right.

One of the racks I got was the exact same size as the others but only had 31 slots though.

Now on BO - Site says they'll be back in stock in 21 days.

And minimum shipping is now $7.99. Not as good if you only want one, but you can order at least 6 of them for $9.99 in shipping. I didn't check any higher qtys because I couldn't use 6 if i tried...let alone more!

Got my rack yesterday. I wish I had read the rest of the thread before ordering. I have a HF 44. In order for the rack to fit in my box I had to remove all the "legs" on the tall end. Not a big deal - didn't take long - but after all that I was not happy with the way the pliers actually sit in the rack. Most of my normal handled ones where too "loose" - and my long handles still sit a little too tall. O well... for 5 bucks I'm not going to complain to0 loudly... live and learn to read the entire thread first....

Mine came in! Kinda disappointed...I'm not sure if it's bent or what. But it doesn't sit straight

A couple of the ones I got were like that too. They are pretty tuff to "twist" back into shape but it can be done. The ones I had like that looked like they weren't welded together straight. After I twisted it, it sits flat.

I got mine yesterday. For some reason they sent me 5 instead of the 3 I ordered. Was anyone short two racks?

Some of them are a bit crooked but I straightened it out easily. For $6 it beats having my pliers all jammed in a drawer like they were. Some of you guys are way too picky.

I received my 2 yesterday and found they are too tall to sit in my Kennedy (Lista type) cabinet that I keep my tools. Rats! I may try to trim one somehow to sit lower.

Does anyone want 1?

They are not hard to trim to fit in a shorter drawer. You just clip all the fingers that extend past the brace on the tall section.

I got 3 of them for various uses... They bend kind of easy. They appear to be coated with rubber/soft plastic.

The Plyworx rack shipped from Amazon last month arrived a tad crooked and when I tried to bend it straight, the weld broke. Packed it up for return and getting the better one even though its 6 times more.

I saw this but I decided to go with the ones that the GJ member builds from scratch. They look heaver and more thought out. They cost a more but getting a better product and supporting a fellow member.
