It's actually for the soap dispenser but I'm assuming the faucet has the same nut on it.
In addition to installing this soap pump I also need to tighten the faucet fixture also, when I removed the soap dispenser I was able to do it by hand since it was not too tight.
I was just wondering if someone knows of an installation tool for these nuts?

That's designed to be tightened from the top by the soap dispenser itself. The nut is to clear close corner areas and will hold itself. The faucet itself will have a different method. My Grohe faucet has a spin on nut with 2 screws to tighten it down.

I think I was overthinking this, yes I could just tighten this up by turning the dispenser itself, but the faucet and the hand wand would probably be a different issue I'll have to poke my head under there and see what it looks like, I hate working under sinks.
