Ground Wire Between Panel and Transfer Switch

Do I need to run a Ground Wire Between my Transfer Switch and Main Panel

Main Panel - Flex Conduit to Transfer Switch.

Transfer Switch has the following wires run to the Panel

Neutral
Ground
Common Wire
Branch Wire

Is the metal connection between the 2 panels sufficient enough ?
All my ~home runs~ don't have ground (BX land, all AC wire to my main panel).

If so, do I install the ground to the neutral bar ? I don't have a ground bar in my panel

Need more info on the transfer switch, does it have a main breaker or is it just a transfer switch. By what you posted you have a ground from panel to transfer switch so why would you need another.

Correct, on your statement on Ground . Hence, I'm not sure whether I need to bring the ground wire from Transfer back to the main panel. It's got individual breakers for the GEN side of the circuit.

Only need the one ground plus the flex pipe will act as a ground also

Your neutral should be bonded in the main panel so you can just put it on the neutral bar. Your transfer switch is technically a small sub panel but really it isn't because the neutral going to the panel is only for when the gen is hooked up and running. Under normal operation the nuetral in the main is your neutral for the branch circuits, and each breaker in the transfer switch is like a mini interlock for each one.
