I will say our bodies aren't getting any younger even though our minds believe we are still 18. The old saying that I'll fell that in the morning doesn't seem to apply to me. It's usually 2 to 3 days from event. Wake up and this or that is killing me then my bad memory has to remember what the hell I did in pass few days to cause it. I find myself talking more Advil theses days and it really works good. I always thought yeah ok ok whatever. I thought about a inversion table myself cause all the jumping in and out of trucks and moving freight that I do it would help. I probably should go see a chiropractor to. I have a deep muscle issue from when I was younger weight lifting. I didn't bulge a disc or slip a disc. They did treat area with heat and electrons pads that would zap the muscles. Couple weeks of treatment and never went back. Every once in a while I'll turn wrong way and get shooting pain in lower right of back as a remember saying Heah jackass I didn't like that lol
