MagnumForce-Yep, me too! I get home after after a long day of "wrenching" and I don't feel like doing too much "mechanical", but I have too-or it just plain won't get done. I have a large family, and just keeping up with what gets broken is a job.
Depending upon your age, and background, if your like me, you have quite an extensive history of what you can do. And when folks find out, you get requests...lots of requests.
For example-just last week I sheared 4 sheep for a friend, never done it before, but nobody else would do it....now tell me that don't open up a whole can of works of "tools needed"!
Dug fence posts, replaced the front axle on a 4X4 tractor, butchered sheep & goats, pigs too....loaded hay...you name it. Fixed fence/stretched wire, put in and rebuilt some gates...all for friends.
Its not just what a guy can do....its more along the lines on what a guy WILL do.
