Good question, just drug out the last of a very old gallon of Fast Orange. It smells rotten and the stink won't leave. I'm headed back to Zep, unless something better pops up!

theres all kinds of good stuff out there. Joe's hand cleaner is good. gojo ***** stinks and leave a film and stench behind. Fast orange is ok atleast it doesn't leave residue behind.

Personally, I find the old fashioned powdered cleaners work great. Boraxo works great and is very cheap. For liquid, I like Joe's Hand Cleaner.

I got some fast orange under the sink. It's fair. Once I use up what I've got I'll be buying something different; but it's not bad enough that I will ditch what I have left to change.

I sell had cleaners
We have dozens of different ones
The R & D from Zep left a few years ago and started their own line. Same formulas but different names

We sell a product made by stokolan called Kresto
Best hand cleaner I have ever used. Not cheap to buy. A quart size bottle is about $18.00, but t last a long time

Has walnut scrubbers and is thick like a tooth paste
Add it to your hands and rub it in, add a trickle of water, work it in and it cleans your hands with out using solvents. Solvents dry out your hands. Has a nice smell, but not over powering like the Zep cherry bomb above

My hands don't do well with the citrus or petroleum hand cleaners, as it drys my skin out, big time.

I went back to Lava soap, in bar form. It is amazing how well it works. Although, sometimes it is tough to find. I do find Lava in a liquid/pump setup, but it seems to act just like the citrus cleaners.

I'm not sure i want to hear my wife complain about a greasy bar of soap laying around but i do agree with you it works pretty well

I use the cheapest bottle of Suave shampoo. It works better for me than plain soap and doesn't have the chemical type smell many hand cleaners have. It does dry out my skin a bit.

^if that's the hummus colored stuff it's nice, but I've found Cherry bomb and the competitor's North Carolina blue colored "commercial/shop" hand cleaner to be better on grease.

old school lava bar soap is all i use. it works and its cheap, i find it at dollar stores. way better then gasoline and a wire brush or all those newer gels or liquids. if you dont have running water in your shop just use a bucket of water.

My wife's ex worked for one of the uniform companies and hooked me up with Solopol and a dispenser. Walnut shell cleaner. Doesn't have a funky smell either.

Quik N Brite is the best stuff I've found.
No harsh chemicals, no bad smell, no toxic side effects, all natural, works on just about everything. You can use it straight out of the tub for hands, or melt it and mix with water to any desired concentration for the cleaning job at hand. Good for getting bug blood off the windshield and grease stains out of clothes, too.

I buy goop mostly for the laundry prewash, but I clean my hands with it some times too. I think it does a better job than fast orange or lava, but it also dries out your hands more too.

I wear gloves when I remember to, or when the work allows it. Most of the time I have to wind up washing my arms anyway even when I can keep the gloves on the whole time.

I've used the Zep stuff that just says 'zep' on the bag, i think they have some special wall mount dispenser for it. It works probably better than all of them. It's not cherry bomb, it comes out about the same consistency as hand lotion and has no smell.
