I'll argue that. I've seen more than one bearing ran through one of those, that has blown air through, and grease out.
The two cones that screw together and use a grease gun can easily leak grease out from the edges of the bearing, without pushing it through.
Anybody that's not a complete inbred ***** can see grease pushing out the topside of the bearing through each roller as you pack by hand.
I also see that people have a tendency not to thoroughly clean packers after use, and before the next one.
There's no way to get air in a bearing with the EZ squeeze.It has a cup full of grease under it and as long as you bled the air out when you filled it there should be none available to get in the bearing.It's easy to see the grease coming through the rollers on the easy squeeze.It's nothing like the one you showed that just uses a grease zerk and a couple cones.I've never used one of those but I could see them being problematic.The Ez squeeze style or the one that goes on top of the bucket of grease are pretty much fool proof.
