I sit on my **** and use my toes on either side of the bottom of the tire. Easy to lift, and even rotate it some. Then, I'm right there to zip them on with the impact (torque wrench comes once the tires are back on the ground)

Then again, I'm on gravel, so none of the fancy stuff with wheels will work for me...

With a little design work I would make a cradle that fits my floor jack and holds a tire/wheel upright. Load the tire onto it and jack it up to the hub studs. But myself I just jack the car enough to let the tire still just contact the floor, after I've already loosened the lug nuts. Then I spin the lug nuts off and slide the tire off the studs. Leave it at that position to reinstall the tire, so no lifting required.
