Nope not with these bozos, had a thread, asked them nicely and ask my nicer half to inquiry. Nope.
People there are just a mess and DGAF, I was going to get the dry wall sander last round shows in stock, no where to be found. Before that was that welding table shows in stock. No where to be found. Before that the was the carbide lathe tool sets.
Yes that was the sander I was planning to buy back in December and it shows in stock but no where to be found. I spend the money on the. 30L ultrasonic cleaner instead. Decided to just use the hand sanding instead.
This past Sunday I was looking for the chain vise 58836. Shows in stock again…. And of cause no where to be found. It’s not like this is a small item. But in general, no body knows where anything is/was. Love the saying I just work here lmfao.

Keeping an eye out for the next time the 6 drawer cart is $499.99. Seems like it's every few months according to hfqpdb.com

I bought a 90 amp 120V flux wire-feed welder from the 'returns' table, all there, including the box. I used it for a couple years, occasionally, and sold it on FB Marketplace for > I paid for it.
I bought these today for $26.98. The original price was $74.99 - $79.99 and there was a coupon(years ago) that would be available for $64.99. They aren't the best but at this price they're great! This is new in a sealed box.

They are starting to clearance these out (Orange is $199) as they're introducing the series 3
As for how low they'll go, I was able to snag a 42" Series 2 for $199 but... this was pretty much at the end of supply and required watching the website to see when the stores got shipments in and a bit of dumb luck

Not your normal coupon sale, but have to say that I was actually impressed when I saw this bench grinder while at HF today.
For Inside Track members it's a great deal for $149.99. The thing weighs 49 lbs and is built nice with sturdy cast tool rests with quick adjust handles. Rated @ 1 HP and 8 A. Thought it was worth mentioning because I was so impressed for the price. Might be a good alternative to looking for that unicorn Baldor, Milwaukee or Dayton that needs resurrecting from the dead and looks like it.

Dang... The original parking lot sale flyer did not have the 5 drawer cart on it. Probably because they had the Yellow and Orange on clearance for 199 and a couple of the other colors like red for 249 last week, and didn't want people to anticipate better deal. No store in my area had the yellow or orange and I was really wanting one so I went with the Red for 249 used the 10% coupon promo from last weekend and opened CC for additional 10% getting it to 199, thinking I was all clever and stuff haha. Now its 189... That seems to be how things are going for me lately haha jumped the gun
Since you still can return it ask them to adjust the price. If they wont then buy it again and return it with the more expensive receipt. I don't have their CC but I have done this numerous times in the past and never had to buy/return or lug the original purchase to the store to get an adjustment. As always ymmv.

Maybe I'm doing the math wrong but seems like it should be $189 - 10%(their credit card) = $18.90 = $170.10. I know its says 10% off on the first order but a manager should be able to give that to you or just bake it into the final cost under "customer satisfaction" which is usually the coding they use to adjust to a lower price.
Heck we're talking about almost $20, I'd go back and ask them to do it.

yeah I didn't think about the CC 10%, I figured I would have to forfeit that. If it's an adjustment though I guess it could be argued that it's still the 1st purchase made with the card. I'll see if they can do it. I was going to stop there again anyway. Wish me luck lol
Manager should be able to return and re-ring off the receipt especially since it was a few days ago. Shouldn’t be a big issue.
Anyone got insight into what the new normal is for HF and HF-inside track coupons? I used to time all HF purchases for when there was a coupon, then coupons stopped for a while. My inside track expired and I'm now wanting a few Icon tools. Trying to workout if waiting a couple months will pay off or not. There seemed to be some good percent discount coupons in March, and earlier 2024 or late 2023 there were some decent Icon coupons (and I found posts on reddit of people buying a dozen Icon items at once).
