There has been quite a number of them since then, not to mention the 25% no exclusions sent out to those who have not purchased in a long time. Some members here have been generous in sharing those occassionally.

I keep waiting for another. I got ONE last year after not buying anything from them in 8 or so months. I didn't have the spare funds or the room in the garage at the time to use it on a toolbox, so I let it expire like an idiot. Since then, I've been using my dad's number when buying stuff, hoping they will send me another one soon.

I've been holding my 25% no exclusions, but I think I held it too long. The bench grinder I was probably going to use it on just went up 20 bucks. (12%)

Mine expired a week after it was emailed to me. How long is yours good for?

I've never got one. The only no exclusions one time use coupon I ever got was 30% off under $20. They occasionally have that same coupon/sale but mine was emailed to me randomly (on a weekday IIRC). Never got one again.

I have no idea but I suspect they send em to those who have not purchased anything well over a year or maybe two? Cause I didn't buy anything from them for over a year, I never got one. My lil brother got the no exclusions coupon. He never used it & they kept sending him more after they expired (they are good for 1 week). Finally he forwarded one to me, I used it. A few weeks later they sent him another, I used it again. That was mid to late last year since I used the last one, they haven't sent him another one since.

They vary. I've gotten them that expire in a week or two. I've had others that were several months out. No worries when they expire though. As long as you don't buy anything they always send me another one within a week or two.

At this point as far as they think, the only time I buy anything there is when they send me a 25% off no exclusions coupon. Any other purchases I make are cash only so they don't know I was ever there.

Ok thanks that is very helpful. Also in the case of coupon sales that bring it down to $299, can you use the 20 or 25% coupons on top of that? Thanks!

Can someone please explain how the Inside Track Club works? Website says it's $30 per year and you give your phone number to the cashier and they apply the discount. Do they check IDs or anything? Other than morality, is there anything to prevent someone from using their friend's phone number who has paid the $30 per year and sharing the discount?

I'm not trying to cheat the system, just wondering how it works. I dont like to give my real phone number because I get spam. So I'm wondering if I make up a random phone number, will that work? Do they need my real address and have to match it to my drivers license each time I check out?

I use my dad’s inside track membership, I even renewed it for him on a recent shopping trip. I give them the phone number, they say “William?”, I say yes, then pay with my credit card in a different name.

I have a MAC box as well. Did the mounting bolt holes line up? Or did you just hang it?

Its just hanging for now. I wanted to drill a couple holes thru the hutch to secure it, just havent done it yet. So far it has held perfectly on just the hanging flange.

I never bought anything from HF, it's only been the recent Icon tools that interest me. I used to see 20% off everything coupons all of the time. How often do they come around these days? I'm not in a rush.

Do I need to make a free account and they email them from time to time? Or do they show up on the main website? Or do I need to pay for the annual membership to get them?

Sign up for the free account. Then they'll email you all the time. When you go to the store give them your phone number that's linked with your account. The 20% off aren't as plentiful now as in days past. They coupons are emailed and they'll be on the website.

I've found if I don't go to the actual physical store for a while, they'll send me at 25% off anything coupon for instore use. I couldn't resist that one when I was thinking about an additional tool chest. Saved quite a bit. If they hadn't of sent it to me, I'd likely still be thinking about it. ;)

they used to be on mailers every other week and magazine page ads. Those days are long gone now. Membership seems to be worth it for the discounts though, I haven't gotten it or I'd be there more often.

I'm new to the HF coupon game. Does Quinn ever get coupons?

Which are their brands, if any, that never or almost never get coupons?
it'll depend.. Sometimes the chicago electric or pittsburg will get coupons too. Is a bit of a crapshoot. Typically is between SKU inventory changes (despite model being identical).
