I get most email about deals but they come late. I think since HF has a presence on facebook, instagram and other places they stopped focusing on email as much.

I signed back up for the emails the other day and received one this morning. Kinda ***** though being a ITC member and all . Every damn time i am in the checkout register they ask if I am getting their promotions. I don't have or use facebook, and instagram and not going to have them either. I suppose it HF and others want to go their separate ways onto special apps (EX maybe their own app) we can do that, but I won't be supporting them with a membership fees anymore.
When I have tried that, their system will not allow it and will only refund the lower price paid.
I don't think so. I looked at my email, I stopped counting after I reached 20 emails from HF and that's just in the last 2 weeks.
I would ensure your ITC account has a valid email and make sure you're signed up for emails.
But HF is not exactly hiding their sales. They are posted on the website, and members on here usually post several days before something goes live.

HF is pushing those mini-toolboxes pretty hard. Has anyone found a particularly compelling use case for them?

I picked up the 3 ton Daytona long reach the other day on sale and used a bunch of points from the HF CC to pay a little over $100...spend a buck and got my bucket today (I was driving by)

Do you mean the Bauer SCT that has been discontinued? The Hercules SCT is new, I believe it was released in March this year. The only coupons I could find were for $99 with the last one expiring 7/13/2025 making $89 the best price yet.
