Has anyone had issues using a 20% coupon on a plasma cutter? My wife bought me one for Xmas and they wouldn't take the coupon. The coupons exclude welders. A plasma cutter is not a welder. I feel like thy were giving her the run around...

It's classified as a welder in the system and won't take the 20% off. This has been addressed with corp and they seem it's fit not to change it.

I looked at tha 56" one today. It is nice but $799. I went to get the big red tool cart ($149 with coupon)but they are out of them. I am actually debating on getting either the tool cart or the 13 drawer cabinet. I am breaking ground Thursday for the garage addition so money is tight. I am out of room in my existing tool box so I need something.

The 16-drawer cabinet/roller combo is NICE for the money. There's a $280 coupon out there for that. I used one in August or September for mine and absolutely love it.

I always thought that onnnnnne day....I'd break out the wallet and lay down the money for a decent combo set like that from Sears. Glad I didn't. The stuff sold at Sears/Craftsman today that passes for tool boxes is garbage compared the HF red stuff.

I have to say for the money, the 46" and 52"? roller cabinets from HF are a killer deal. Especially that $350 46" cabinet. That is a steal.

oh man, there it is. Another $100 off. My mind is turning. I went to buy the $149 tool cart, then considered the $349 box, now im actually considering the big one for $699.

I'm willing to snail mail any one person, maybe two, upon request coupons I've clipped out of the mags I get. I only have two conditions, I get at least a good report on the shopping spree and if you don't use all of the good/great ones you pass them on the same way. I can't scan these, although you may. We've tried my scanner in the pass, didn't do the job. Most all are good through beginning of Feb 2012. Here's the high points, I know of 3 for the $90 wire welder, two for the $90 generator, 2 at $359 for the 13 drawer roller cab, 2 different shop press ones, the Hot Rod mag tool cabinet page with the 56'' for $699 and side cabinets for the 13 drawer at $199 and top chest for it also at $299, 2k winch, 1 ton folding shop crane, and some 6 ton jack stands for $29. Just pm your address and screen name here and I'll give you a heads up when they hit the mail. I just ask you pass along what you won't use.

Usually, but not always. It depends on the clerk. It helps if you just print one coupon and cut it out rather than present an obviously scanned magazine page. Print it out so it's the same size as their regular online coupons.

If they ask, just say you got them on the internet. It's true

hf soliciates sooo many coupons via email and facebook i cant see them deniing any coupons. i uses copies all the time, never got asked. if they ever ask me i am going to whip out my phone and show them the 100+ emails i got from hf this year, pluse the txt messages and their facebook page............

Call your local store. Tell them you have a coupon you printed out and give them the number under the barcode asking them to confirm it's good to go before you drive over. Get the name of the person you speak to.

Then, upon confirmation, go buy it.

is $359.99, 25% off of that would bring it down to $270.00, $20.00 less than the $289.99 coupon, but I'm not so sure they wouldn't say the tool chest combo is not eligible.
Guess it would be up to the manager.
Still I guess $289.99 is not bad for that box.
