Guy in my office just got that box a couple weeks ago after I told him it didn't get high marks here. He's happy with it for his fairly simple needs and lack of room for anything much larger. And no ball bearing slides.

That depends on what kind of compressor you are referring to. If you are talking about an air compressor then no. But they do go on sale often.

IMO the sale price is already a good price, the 60s are made by ABAC/American IMC. Anything smaller from HF I have no idea on the quality & wouldn't buy anyway.

Has it ever been off sale? Seems if you look hard enough you can find a coupon, they usually limit you to 3-5 units. Someone will post one soon enough.

I have 2 different pancake compressors, one at each garage. They are mainly just for tires and small inflatables, but both work fine.
1 is the old black 4 gallon oil model and the other is the current red 3 gallon.

I wouldn't use them for air tools, but for a small, portable compressor, they were both great for the coupon prices.

Does anyone know if you can use the 20% off coupon on the hf side lockers? I know you cant on the tool chests. Also are there any coupons around that has this locker cheaper than $199?

Any coupons available for a roll-around oil pan? The type that you would use with a lift?

I thought I remember seeing one advertised a while ago for $39.99 but the cheapest one in the store last week was $60+.

Do you have a SKU? Are you talking about one of the pieces for the formerly matte, now glossy red roller chest set?

I don't believe you can, but if you have a SKU handy I can double check at work tomorrow.

Ditto. I've got the black pancake. Works awesome, priced less than most oilless compressors but surprisingly quiet, even for a cheap oiled compressor IMO. No good for air tools, but great for the nail gun.

I'll try to shoot a pic in a few. The coupon # is 52623074. It does say it excludes tool cabinets, but does not mention tool carts. The other one I have mentions both.

Tool carts have super coupons all the time, lately the five drawer has had super coupons for anywhere from $149 to $169....the black four drawer has super coupons from $99 to $129.

No. Many magazines will have coupons for items somewhat related to the subject material of the magazine with prices often lower than any coupon or sale price that HF emails you, lists in their normal flyers, tent/closeout sales, & ITC coupons. It's their way of drawing in more/new customer's into their stores.

Those who get the flyers, emails, ITC, etc are already existing customers so the best deals aren't usually there. If you notice ITC coupons aren't very much of a deal but the coupons are available more often & on items that usually don't go on sale of have coupons.

if anyone is looking for the 56" tool box good luck. i bought one on the 23rd of last month and got a rain check for a second. they told me it would be in store in a week or two.

ive called twice a week and now they are telling me that they are on back order and it could be a couple months. the only store in the state of ohio that has one is a two hour drive from me so i had to put it on hold and drive up tomorrow to get it.

the crappy part is the coupon i had expired yesterday :(

Truth to this.


Last summer I got two flyers in the same month. One had my name (ITC flyer too) and the other had "current resident" on it. Same items listed page for page but the one had better prices across the board. Since seeing that I knew the ITC club was a joke.

The April 2012 issue of The Family Handyman magazine has one for $349, expires 7/13.
