Anybody ever buy/use this Yukon 9 drawer workstation? I been looking for it. Was gone for quite awhile and they only had the model with shelves and doors

Now I need to decide, should I pick up a 26 or 44? I have room for either and already have a orange 44, and a 5 drawer orange cart. If I got another orange 44 I would make a bench top work surface made of wood and steel top. I would have the two 44 boxes side by side with one long work surface. Or so I just save money and get the 26? I
guess if I could find the orange 44 boxes on sale for 399 or lower that would help make my decision.

Is $449 for the 44 a good deal? Or would you want for it to go lower? I am selling a cart to make room/ fund the purchase of another 44 so that helps. I think I would easily pull the trigger if it was $439/ $429 right now. But I'm tempted to wait
Here's a pic. I am selling my cart to get another orange 44. I think it's a good choice. I'm running out of storage room. And i personally find the flip up tops annoying. I like a work surface.

It's not a bad price and I'd say it's worth it. I really like my blue 44 top and bottom box.

It seems like they went down to $439 a couple of times this year and $429, see post 10425 in July:
It was $399 twice this year, in March and BF to 12/8 or so. I bought one for $399 on BF Saturday, which has not yet arrived at the store for pickup.
If you are not in a rush you can likely save a few bucks.

Would you say both are equal quality and reliability wise? I know the super duty one gets lots of reviews, which are mostly positive.
There are minor cosmetic differences between the different Daytona jacks, but the overall build quality seems about the same. I'm not sure if you're going to find any long-term reliability type reviews comparing the different models, but you never know. I got the low profile long reach simply because my cars are usually low and a pain to jack up.

Every blue moon (maybe once a year) HF puts out a coupon that takes 15% off of everything, no exceptions. Not sure if you want to wait that long, as there's no guarantee they'll do it again, but you may find a deal if you're willing to wait.

I really want that jack but am in the middle of garage overhaul and have limited storage. My current jack leaks down but still works. I am highly tempted.

Not sure why everyone is so crazy about those heavy *** steel Daytona jacks. The Pittsburgh aluminum jacks are best ones they have. That's why a coupon for them is super rare. I've had the 2 ton for at least 17 years now. I wouldn't give up the weight difference to have the long reach. I've only work on a couple of cars that I needed to prejack a little to use the jack and they were low enough that the long reach wouldn't have made a difference.

Are you lifting the ******** the ground or something? My truck is nearly 6000 lbs and I would not want to lift the front end with an aluminum jack. For racing without a trailered setup, a light jack makes a lot more sense. It was not fun lifting my heavy craftsman up from the pit area when I used to autocross.

You think the aluminum is going to break? Please... I've used this jack on everything from an F250 and Suburban, down to a Buell Ulysses on a custom lifting sled. It's not a lift, it's a jack. You won't be jacking up your entire vehicle with it. And yes, the jack gets lifted into a trunk if I take it with me to work on friend's cars or even just dragging around the garage. I carry it out to the street instead of dragging it across the concrete as well. The 2 ton and up racing jacks are so much nicer than the Daytona ones in all aspects.

I'm an engineer, I deal with safety factors all day long. I would not use a 2 ton jack on a heavy duty truck but that's just my personality I guess. The lifting height is quite a bit less on the larger Daytona jacks. I had to put blocks of wood on my current jack to get wheel chocks under the front tires of my Dakota. Not safe.

I used the aluminum jack on a Ram 5500 to change the front tire. Actually it took 2 of them, one under the frame and another under the control arm. But it does weigh 10k empty so each front corner has to be around 3500 lbs.
Any active 5 drawer tool cart coupons out there? I checked the database and the red/blue/black coupon expired in December.
