I got excited for a second. The 30% off is usually for up to 5 items vs a single item for this coupon. HF is getting tricky.
I was not very impressed either, and the discount goes down from there to 15% up to $50 and 10% after that.

These gimmicks and games with the coupons are going to get someone killed. At my local HF the police had to come recently due to an argument between manager and customer over a coupon. I wasn't there to see it, but I did see a heated argument a few months ago with "F bombs" galore and a customer walking out leaving a ton of stuff on the counter.

I am pretty sure I have cut down on my trips even with the inside track membership. If a good coupon comes up I might order online and save myself a trip. $8 shipping vs time and gas is a no brainer. Definitely has cut down on the ooopps I walked out with a few other items during store visits.

"Clearance" is really a joke, for harbor-freight it simply means longer lasting advertisement
Two years ago I bought a 20 ton air-hydraulic jack (without coupon, I needed it for a project) at $119 regular list price. Same jack (model number, brand, everything) is now "clearance" at $149.
A year ago I bought a tail pipe expander on "clearance" for $9.97 - today the same item is "Clearance" for $29.97
In that case the brand has changed slightly (the current clearance is a "laguna") but the tool is exactly the same. If memory serves, at the time I bought my "clearance" one for $9.97, the "new" (Laguna) model one was listed at $19.... so it is now clearanced up $10
I have been happy with many things at harbor freight over the years, but this last year the games have gotten ridiculous
The lowest price on the 20 ton air-hydraulic jack was $79.99. If you are ITC 40% off makes it $89.98. Considering how prices have shot sky high for everything everywhere I don't think $10 over best price is so bad...ymmv

I post those air/hydraulic AWDeals when I see some sub $90.
I paid $66 for mine. Recently it quit on me but I was able to get working again. Had a sliver of metal under a check ball. Hand pump still worked and I got by on the job at the time.
Saw one at 90 the other day, waiting on it to drop lower..

I was more complaining about the blatant games on pricing. We all know this is how HF does business, but it seems to be getting more blatant and annoying to me. ymmv on personal opinions!

The only real deal on toolboxes is the 25% off no exclusions coupon, which would require you to have a dormant account to get one over email

Don't buy anything, so they send you the "Please come back here's 25% off anything" coupon. If you do need to buy something only use cash and never give your phone number otherwise they still know you're shopping there and there's no need to send you the 25% OFF COUPON.
edit: of course you already need to be in their customer database but I assume you already are.

I was also looking for a replacement 8 ton long ram jack for my engine lift with a air over unit but it looks like the air over ones are no longer available. Is this true? Is the r ant where else to get such a beast?
