The emails and mailings with the "sale" flyers........I should say the "sales that aren't really sales" is getting boring at this point. Lame actually. Maybe others feel the same way, I was there yesterday afternoon (Black Friday) and was surprised at how quiet the place was. I asked if it was busier earlier in the morning, and by the less than vibrant response, I take it that it was not. I looked at the tags on a couple of air compressors, and one had a 2015 build and the other was 2016. Kinda old stock sitting there on the floor.
Some of the tools are improving in quality, but overall there really is a ton of poor quality junk for sale in the store. You can fool some of the people once.....but who's coming back in and re-buying the same ****?? Most of it is obvious, but I did take a chance on a couple things at one time. Never again. Confusing who their customers are for some of the really worthless ****.
At any rate, they really need to change up their game at this point I'd say.
And, they really need some serious competition.
