Thanks, I looked at Amazon before posting the Tillmans are 13.50 pair. I swear they use cotton thread, when the first spark hits them they start comming apart.

Thank God we dodge the bullet again. Had over 5" of rain the past couple of days but all is well.
I got the Gazebo bolted to the foundation and put the four roof panels up. It all went very smooth, I had installed all of the bolts and fasteners while it was being built. I have learned to fully assemble every part before going to powder coat or paint. If you dont something will be off and you will reck your finish.

Loaded all the parts, tools, and one panel to start with.

First two panels up, we used a stiff leg to support the roof while we were assembling it.

We tipped the end of the panel up and slid them onto the top rail then slipped the corner blocks down into the corner tubes.

Self tapping screws were installed through the corner posts into the corner blocks that are welded to the roof panels.

It didnt show up very well but there are three 3/8" bolts going through each set of double rails where two panels meet.

Taking a break.

I still need to install the ridge caps, the fan/light, and a cupola/weather vein.
