I am adding a 100amp subpanel in my garage.

Square-D subpanel going in the garage...keeping ground and neutral bars separate in that panel. I have 2" conduit run between the garage panel and into the house, all the way to the main panel in the house. It is buried ~20"-24" deep. Two ground rods driven near the garage, roughly 10' apart and bonded with a #6 copper run into the subpanel.

I have 4 runs of #2 THWN, one re-marked red, one re-marked white, one left black and one green.

100-amp breaker in the main box to connect it all together.

Your ground conductor can be as small as #8(green,insulated),but it looks like your are committed to what you have already bought.Looks like you have it all covered.

The only thing I didn't see you mention was a main disconnect in the garage panel. Using a main breaker panel or backfeeding a 2 pole breaker with a retainer kit are two of the easiest methods.

Sounds like you got it though.:)
