I sell and install under car light kits so what better way to show off one of your kits than to install it on your box in your shop.

Op...You only have 4 posts and you have started 3 threads? You started a thread a month ago about toolbox lighting.... I'm not trying to bash you, but you don't need to start a new thread everytime you post...

why post on things that I'm not knowledgable about? I'm here just to read and learn. It took me 6 months to even want to show activity on this board because every time somebody new comes in they get the same treatment. Why run up a fake post count with one word answers and responses?

There's nothing wrong with starting a thread (early in your post count.) But why start almost the same thread a month later?? You could have just added a post to your 1st thread, with the pics of your box....I'm not saying that your intentions are not genuine, it just throws up flags.....

Thread starting advice from tampa who gave us such threads as 'what's the smelliest place you've ever been' 'ice cream' and 'personal dreams you've had'

southpaw...don't listen to them. This place is for showing off what you do in your garage...you accomplished that better than some. Keep reading and posting about what you want.

Love the cart.

OP, do you have all brick lined walls in the garage, or is that the only wall w/ brick...I'd love to have brick on all my garage walls....I thought about doing this, but it's just too expensive...I bricked the whole front of my house and the materials cost me like $10g's...

If you are serious, look into brick veneer. Just thin bricks so you get the look without all the need for footings, etc.

Roughly $8/sf for materials from Lowes. Probably cheaper from a different vendor. FYI, be sure to check out the reviews and the pictures of product people installed of the Lowe's product. It looks good.

I had one of those under my Matco box until one of my co-workers decided it was a good idea to move my box with a pallet jack. It crushed my lights. He's the type of guy that will eat your lunch out of the shop fridge, and think he doesn't owe you anything.

Yupp, I used a Robinson thin brick in the front of my house....I just can't justify the expense for the garage walls....

Would I put lights under my box, no probably not, but it's not my cash or box. This is what makes the GJ so great, so many ideas for others to use, borrow or steal. How many times have we seen somebody post that they were going to use somebody else's idea ?

If you have a side niche business to make some extra cash, be advised, you have come to the right place. I can guarantee you that the guys here will help you spend it.

Seriously?

Some folks aren't as vain as you, and don't care what others think... You know that right?

The guy is proud of his accomplishment, let him have his turn without ragging on him.

Just think, the time you spent typing that jerk-off posting of yours could have been used to learn some social graces.

Perfect response.

Cool post, man.

I got a 30" Whelen Red/Blue light bar under the grill of my F-250, just because it was free and I felt like it.

Do what you want, and make sure to post it up for the rest of us to see!

I couldn't agree more... This is what I'd consider a lenient forum, profanity isn't discouraged....

But I would really like to see the stupid, non-constructive criticism posters banned.

Seems that some of the folks here who exercise their "right to free speech" haven't done anything deserving to earn it, yet they use it as a vehicle to post negative, unrelated ****.

That looks great man, but in my case, I don't keep it clean enough under there to light it up. However, I'd like to do something like that when I get my display shelves built.
