6000K is pretty high (to me). I just put in a few 5000K bulbs and I think the light is too cool. Everything looks strange, but maybe it's because I'm not used to it. Do you have any thoughts on the color temperature so far?

Will you be using that thread as follow-up to how Ebay lights are working out for you?? Or start a new thread??
Will be nice to see real-life examples of lighting . . . before and after. With your 8 friends also converting their shops to LED, be nice if you could convince them to take pics as well so you could post up.

ive very impressed so far I have 25 installed so 100 foot of lights 3.6 amps, cost nbothing to run garage is nice and bright, well it was lamps are down to redo the walls, Ill get some buddies to grab pics

They come with a very short pigtail that I wire a male plug to. What I am doing is running 3 runs across my 26' deep x 24 wide area, at 2' in on each side, and one down the center, using 5 tubes each. I also have a 3' loft across the back, that I back lit with a string of 5 across the back of the beam carrying the loft.
The lights interconnect very easily. Quick lighting, with full brightness. No problems with my cell signal, LTE, etc.

I got the order confirmation the day I ordered and then the backorder notification soon after. My order still shows backordered when I log into my account. I see where my local store says they have over 20 in stock. I wonder if I called CS if they would just change my order over to an in store pick up?

Probably 4 of the 8 are going into my small garage that just has two 60W incandescent lights currently. It needs these desperately. The other 4 will go in my mezzanine of my big garage. I should've ordered more of these as I've got about 14 T8 or T12 fixtures in the big garage that would be nice to replace. The wallet could only handle so much, despite the great deal.

Got my 3 lights yesterday. Plugged one in on the kitchen counter to see how it looks. I'm pleased and excited. Probably won't get them up in the garage for a while, so no pics real soon.
I would consider buying more for $40 apiece and may do that for basement lighting.
