Coincidentally, we are currently working on the discoloration as customers want to use this level of protection in more “decorative” applications.
Of course, we will work with any former client that wants to topcoat with the newer formula.
Lastly, the solution to this is coming from a famous German automobile manufacturer. Rhymes with Mercedes-Tenz.
Will update when ready.

1 year later. Progress report on the new product? Mine are pretty horrid.

300-400 sq ft of coverage per gallon. Are these 3 coats of coverage per gallon?
How is this compared to Nohr?

How long does this coating last compared to a high solids epoxy? I’m down to this or the 1000hs from sherwin Williams.
That looks like old paint on the floor? If so, you will need to grind to remove it and prep the surface at the same time.
Use 400 sq ft per gal, per coat.
Coat 1 will be under 400
Coat 2 will be at 400
Coat 3 will be over 400
Therefore, 400 sq ft per gal is a good average, per coat.
3 Coats will be enough to eliminate roller marks and have complete even coverage? I assume coverage is the same for the new formula vs old?
I am interested in a kit for a 1575 sq ft floor
Here are a few shots of my floor with Hellfire applied. Also used their crack filler. Once ground the expansion joints are nearly invisible. Hellfire has held up well to jack stands and floor jack. So far no visible sign of use. Easy to apply.

I bought ~15 or so gallons of the Hellfire v1 about two years ago, and while the floor has held up well to chemical and mechanical abuse, the UV damage makes it look like a mottled mess, with varying degrees of pure gray to mustard brown, depending on what was covered from what angle.
Does the second version of Hellfire prevent this? Can you use the new version over the old? Is there any remedy for the discoloration on V1?
^^^That looks just great. All of these really clean hellfire installs make me a bit jealous since my install has some rollermarks in the last half because I had to stretch the last gallon. Looking at the TDS, recaots can be done after deglossing w/ 120grit screen or an appropriate stripper pad?
It's been about 4 months since I did mine. If I get the energy, would you reccommend against using the prep mentioned above to apply another coat or two to spruce up the final finish?
Hi folks I'm back from sea duty. Nation called and required some time, actually a little longer than some time. But that's besides the point.
I am back and would like to fix my garage from version 1 hellfire. My Tapatalk just upgraded so I trying to catch up and read all my subscribed threads. Scotty will you let me know how much it would cost, for me to redo my garage?

Closing on my new home near Crystal River next month and am looking at products similar to HellFire for my new 22'x22' garage. There is some sort of coating applied currently, but I have plans to grind the floor prior to moving anything in. You guys are only about 90 minutes from me, do you have a showroom or local customer spaces available to view?

I've got a stupid question, what are people doing for the apron? I assume you don't recommend putting down hellfire there, as it looks like v2 still fades somewhat, and I would guess you want to seal it with something so it doesn't absorb water (though I could be over thinking it)
