From looking at the size of it I'd say 20 ton, and what's left of the tag looks like it has a 2 on it.
The vertical channel steel looks too skinny to be a 30 ton press. Look how close the support pin holes are to the side of the channel? I'm thinking that's a 15 ton Snap-on press that probably had a 20 ton bottle jack put in it. The whole structure of it doesn't look much different than a Harbor Freight 20 ton press.
Here's a picture of a 12 ton Hein Werner E12.9 A, just so we all can see what a more complete sticker looks like. I have also found reference to a 3 ton jack being a E3.9 A and a 5 ton bottle jack being a E5.9A so it seems like the OP's jack should be a E20.9 A or a E30.9 A but I can't seem to find much when searching for those numbers.

Does your jack work right now? It looks like it has been taken apart once in the past, so it might already have a recent rebuild in it. The circled lines in my attached picture look like pipe wrench tooth marks. Are there marks like that on the side of the hex opposite the one shown in the picture too?
It looks like your jack used to have a handle like the one shown in my pic, but it was cut off leaving the two nubs you have on the side of your housing.
This is all I could find for you. Here you go, it looks like you have model 20.10AA.
Rebuild kit is $39.78 here.

Here's the Ebay link where I found the image posted below. There are 10 other nice quality images there as well if you scroll down the page.

2-3/16"
Well that's the AA series, I would have wagered that was a A. I should clarify... that's a 20.10AA-1. There is a difference...

Correct link above.
Thanks Hiball! Your confirmation tells me I've got everything right! Any guesses on why a previous owner added that brass plug on the base?
Just for future reference for others here, how can you tell the difference? You must have some outside reference materials you are drawing from? The 20.10A and 20.10AA show the same parts kit, but the 20.10AA-1 has a different kit. Is the 20.10AA-1 the only one with a 2-3/16" ram diameter? It's confusing because the 20.10A and 20.10AA-1 kits both have links to the same pdf file for replacement internal part numbers but the actual pdf itself references a 20.10AA hand jack at the top. It seems like maybe the site with the repair kits is misreferencing their products or something.
