Hi all,
I like charcoal but also enjoy the convenience of gas bbq's however don't like having to deal with LP tanks. So I put a wanted add on CL for a Natural gas grill and after a few months ended up with this:
Before I bought it, I ask the guy about the female fitting for the disconnect and he said I can get it from most hardware stores. I searched my local Ace and True-Value with no luck so I go to Home Cheapo and all I can find is this:
It was a BBQ quick disconnect made by "Brinkman". This particular quick disconnect does not fit the male end which is attached to the BBQ. Here are some pics of what it looks like.
I searched around on-line for quick disconnects for natural gas but can't find anything that confirms it would work for my grill. I'd really like to hook this thing so any help on where to find the correct fitting would be great. I don't know if it's worth it but here is what is written on the fitting
MGC ANSI Z 2154/CGA 3.4
thanks
