Hopefully you guys can help me out with some advice. I just laid down some Rustoleum Rock Solid Metallic yesterday. Im not thrilled with the outcome for a couple reasons: bubbles and coverage. The coverage is partially my fault as Rustoleum does not want you to grind/etch the concrete but use their wash. I had to grind due to the texture of my concrete being a broom finish. The bubbles was a complete surprise.
I have TONS of bubbles. After reading, I believe its due to outgassing, something I didnt expect. They were all air filled bubbles, no water. I ran over all of them with a roller once dry and they are all popped. I believe I have two options... double down after a light sand or get over it. Im thinking I might be able to sand down the rings left behind with a light sandpaper to remove the high spots, then apply another coat. Im assuming the 2nd coat wont outgas because it will be over the first coat that has sealed the concrete. Is this a good idea?

Coverage...you can see the concrete in some areas...
