Help with finding the right box for my project

Looking for a clean box 4" x 4"x 2" like this one for a project. Will drill 2 holes for cable glans/clamps on the sides.
But I need a box that has an available cover to accept a Decora receptacle. I know I could use a Steel City type box and cover but for this looks are important. If I only needed one I could custom cut an opening but I need a dozen or more. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What about a standard plastic double-gang outdoor box? They can use any decora plate you want.

I usually use a surface mount double gang box for stuff like this. Use a no-screw decorator plate and the final product looks totally clean. (with no cutting...)

I need a 4x4 box to mount a single decora outlet. Maybe they make a plate to fit a double gang to convert it to a single gang, but I can't find one. Thanks for your help.

They (single gang 4X4) are all over the place for metal surface mount.

Make a template/holding fixture and route in the shape with an edge profile bit.
Include 2 holes for mounting.
