I found this toolbox at a yard sale the other day and I can’t find anything out about it. I greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.
Only thing I was able to think of is the snap on Kra 59c was made in Canada in the 80s but can’t findI one with the same top.Try it in the tools forum. Made in Canada is throwing me for a loop.

Pretty sure they started in Iowa.Wasn’t Waterloo originally a Canadian brand?
It does seem too deep for Beach. There were also more heavy duty 41" sets sold by HUSKY at the same time. I think Proto and Mac also sold the same boxes. We're those SPG? Or did Stanley have a factory in Canada?Well my guess is it's a SPG International. They OEMed boxes for many companies. How much does it weigh? There are crappy boxes and there are Snapon Boxes - The SPG boxes would be really close to the Snap-On in weight. The made a really good quality product.
There's a remote chance it's a Beach, but it really doesn't have the look or feel.

They made a style very similar to ops when they were supplying Husky. It doesn't look like Beach. Usually even if it was made by them for someone else it was the same as one of their own boxes.

The fold at the top front corners are the same as the Waterloo box too.It looks like Waterloo with those drawer pulls and the kick out at the bottom of the drawers. They were also branded as Husky and others.
Far as I know Waterloo never supplied HUSKY. They are similar, but different boxes.
The pic of the double bank top box you posted, I had that set. It's not the same as the Beach Husky 41" sets.
Here's a beach husky on a Waterloo craftsman. Similar but not the same. Top box looks like ops. I've had that box and memory says it was a Beach.
There was more than one Beach line, not just the classics that look similar to old Kennedys.
After Stanley bought them they came out with a copycat type box of Waterloo craftsman and supplied home depot in the US for the Husky line. I've owned a bunch of them.
Further, do you know who made the 70s craftsman red and gray toolboxes for Sears Canada? Someone posted one once that looked identical to the US Waterloo ones but was made in Canada.
