herbrand cranked wrench ???

hi i have a tool on which i cannot find any information. it is a herbrand cranked 1/2 '' drive ratchet brace, can anyone point me in the right direction for information. thanks in anticipation

Craftsman made a similar model, both the Craftsman and Herbrand are referred to as speed ratchets
