I have the famous 5 drawer service cart and I am missing the black plastic plug on the end of the handle. Does anybody here have a handle they have taken off and would be willing to sell me the black plastic plug? OCD is a terrible thing to have and I'm sure HF won't have this part.

I'm 99% sure I have one I can give you. If you'll PM your address, I can pretty much guarantee it'll take me a bit to get around to digging it out and packaging it, but I definitely will.

I gave them a call and it was "no can do, we don't have those kind of replacement parts. But we can send you a gift card to cover your cost of sourcing them yourself, $5." And then they didn't send the generous gift card. I still like the box and it didn't spoil me on HF boxes but don't expect customer service.

Fortunately, you can just take it back and get a another box.

Brokeboater is correct. I called and they said they do not have ANY replacement parts for this item. So the hunt continues....
