Lots of very cool stuff, space and projects. But my favorite thing is the Falstaff sign. It was my dear old dad's only beer. Don't suppose you'd part with it?

Keep the pics coming. Great place.

I agree on the Falstaff sign. I don't have any particular affinity to the beer, I just think the sign is Awesome!!

Congrats on making the front page in less than a day, though I'm not surprised. This place is dripping with character. And I've gotta say, you have a good eye for old iron. Makes me feel like getting back at my old Willys pickup.

Nice work, love the space

Beginners luck I guess haha

It is great that you can find a group that can commite to this kind of project building. I can see down the the road ...that your group will become very well known in the area.

Whoo who sweet set up

Yeah we got some good guys, and a really good guy that deals with collecting rent and etc etc

Talk about a place with character ! I guess the temperature is fine for a good chunk of the year, but what about winter? Any way to warm the place up any?

Love it and great photos....

It gets cold but not nothing a couple of 3 phase heaters cant help with....it has a boiler/steam system for the fire sprinklers so its not miserable in there by any means, just wear thick socks and good shoes.

Do you have some security system or an alarm? You know... because St.Louis...

Hey its not like its North Saint Louis but Ill leave it up to speculation ;)

Love this, very nice photography

Gorgeous place!
Keep the pics coming, that is one awesome shop!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go and weep in my 16"x8" garage...

Just gave this 5 stars purely based on your awesome photo skills involving cars. Good luck and keep the coolness coming.

Iphone baby,Iphone hahaha

Your chopped coupe what year is it?

1951

The old tunnels are great for bodies. Body kind of beat up, guy must have gotten lost, went crazy and started beating his head against the wall.

Cool space. Kudos to you and your buddies for finding a creative way to work on your projects and be surrounded in history. Not to mention give the space a purpose for something besides squatters.

A few years ago, we went to St. Louis for about a week. I love architecture and enjoyed our trip immensely. They say it's rough, but we never felt in danger. Well, except when we crossed the bridge. I couldn't get turned around quick enough. We definitely didn't belong there, and got stares.

Keep the pictures coming. Love the projects!

F'n Sweeeeeet!!!!!!! Nice setup and awesome vision. I like to Falstaff sign as well. My wife's grandfather used to deliver their beer so we have some memorabilia around. I will be eagerly awaiting updates on this one.

Thanks for all the comments guys

Nice set up. Do you rent from the city or Lemp family? I would like to find out more info about this.

No family or city...go to the front office and find out if they have any room for you.

Nice space and pics AND rides! Would like to visit some time.

Wow reading up on the Lemps it seems they all died of lead poisoning ( shooting themselves)

Yeah, Ive stayed the night at the Mansion...scary stuff!! :eyecrazy:

Cool space and builds, inspirering surroundings

pffttt! amazing. I bet the smell is good too!

Exactly how I feel, there are caves beneath us and can almost always smell the moisture... something almost religious about the whole thing...

What a great space to work on Hot Rods! I love your '52. It really has a wonderful stance. Did you repaint it or just buff it out? Either way it really looks like a great little driver.

Very, very very COOL! Awesome cars, great shop! I know I'm just repeating what everyone else is saying, mostly because we're maybe a little jealous. Keep the post coming, I really enjoy these threads. Thanks, for sharing.
