All nails sold and all nailers sold except for 2 bostitch staplers. $1800 profit on the nails

A few pages ago someone said the Bostitch 15 gauge nailers had extra tips in the box. I just opened 7 of them and each one only had the nailer, manual and box of 86 staples.

I just grabbed the last Milwaukee m12 Impact driver and screwdriver kit for 79. Really wish they would clearance the m18 stuff like others found its all full price here

The older guns before the smart point had a strip of extra tips in the box. The great thing about the smart point is you don't need different shape tips.

I just double checked it. It does have the extra tips, but they're attached to the nailer, not in a separate baggie.

Yea they are all over the place down here in south FL. I did see them at one store for 99 dollars, but they went back up to 117. They are all on the clearance racks waiting for them to go down. If they had a different tool besides the drill I would have gotten myself one for 99 bucks, because I already have the drill. I want the speaker that's what I really want.

Finally found one of these. Only one way up in the rafters of course. Asked an employee to get it down for me which he did. Took to the check out counter, store manager got involved yet again. He started to ask me where have i found the item and all that. Long story short, he accused me of knowing the system and hunting for penny items.
He eventually sold it to me for a penny.

I must say this penny hunt is getting to me. I dont think i can get into arguments with managers every time.

Tell him he should know the system better than you and if he had put it on the floor it would have sold before reaching penny status. He can't be mad at you for his oversight.

Grab them if you need them. That's as low as they are going before penny status.

I just a few 1000 packs of Hitachi 3-1/4" plastic strip framing nails for $4.92 each. Not nearly as good as the 50 cent nails I got, but I needed some of this size.

I search for the 41" Husky tool drawer online, using store 4401 Riverdale, UT as the location, and the price is at $498. The screenshot shows 0 inventory at that store.

These were marked down to $119 in a few stores around Milwaukee and all sold within a week. Clearance items are few and far between and stores are incredibly well organized. Maybe they've had their annual inventory recently?

You have to ask yourself How long before HD changes this policy. I think Lowes has changed their policy. It used to be they would mark things down until they sold. Sometimes prices would get real low. Lately, prices drop to about 40% off and stay there. If it get too stagnant they raise the price up a little and let the item set. I haven't scored a decent Lowes deal in a long time

Yes they do. If they didn't they couldn't do special orders or anything else. Look harder.

While there is no way to positively look them up, there has been a pattern:

if an item is being cleared out at your store, the product page on the website will not allow you to order it for in store pickup, but you can order it online. If you check inventory of other stores there may be some, those seem to be stores that arent yet clearing them out. But your store might still have some if their inventory counts arent correct (which they usually arent)

If an item is on the website with the grayed out order button and says "only available in store" or "no longer available", chances are if you find one in store its close to or at penny status.
